How does the 7-day free trial work?
You get the full Pro plan free for 7 days — every feature, unlimited users and sites. A payment card is required to start the trial, which is set up through Nightingale Admin Centre. After 7 days a paid Pro or Enterprise subscription is needed to keep using Ekspedite. There is no free plan.
What does £49 per site, per month include?
Pro unlocks unlimited users, advanced temperature monitoring, corrective action workflows, notifications, staff accountability, evidence attachments, advanced reports and PDF/Excel/CSV exports for that site.
Is there a discount for paying annually?
Yes. Pro is £490 per site, per year instead of £49 per site, per month — two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Do I save by using more Nightingale apps?
Yes. Subscribe to three or more Nightingale apps and every qualifying recurring subscription charge gets 20% off. Annual pricing is applied first, then the 20% bundle discount on top.
When do I need Enterprise?
When you run several venues and need central organisation reporting, cross-site comparison, advanced permissions, custom workflows and integrations. Pricing is tailored to your group.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade in-app and Pro features unlock immediately. Plans are managed by your organisation administrator in Nightingale Admin Centre. If a subscription ends, your records are kept safe but the workspace stays closed until you subscribe again.
